Robert B. Toppmeyer, Jr., co-founder and President of Toppmeyer Research, specializes in computer applications to research with emphasis on the tabulation and statistical analysis of market research data. He has worked extensively with mainframe, minicomputer and microcomputer programs at major data processing companies such as CRC, Inc., and Quantime Systems, Inc. Most recently he was a Research Manager at Brehl & Associates Marketing Research.

Robert graduated B.A. magna cum laude from Wesleyan University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He holds a Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bernie Albert, Vice President, brings to Toppmeyer Research solid analytic capabilities honed during more than twenty years of research experience including affiliations with Audits and Surveys, Richard Manville Research, New Products Resources, Admar Research and Marketing Information Systems.

As a generalist, Bernie draws on his experience covering attitude and image evaluations, market segmentation, advertising copy testing, concept and brand positioning tests, brand awareness and usage measurements, package testing, and product and taste testing in a wide range of categories. His analytic abilities are bolstered by experience in the application and interpretation of a wide range of multivariate statistical techniques.

Bernie has a B.A. in economics from City College of New York and an M.B.A. from New York University.
